Broadens My Two Kitties Horizon
I purchased this for my two cats because they seemed bored being cooped up in the house all day and needed something other than my daily play sessions with them. I love the stroller, although one of my cats hasn't gotten use to it yet. The fat one didn't want to come out after I took him home.

I gave the unit a 4 because of the second Con and the fact that the first unit was defective due to how tightly they design the front.

Pros:
- Excellent size for two cats (one fat one and one normal size) - you can probably even get three normal-sized cats in it comfortably

- It's so easy to push, pull, and go up and down stairs with (I live on the 2nd floor) - there is a certain "give" in the wheels when going up and down stairs as if the unit had shocks - a very nice feature and feel.

- Has ample storage - tray holder, the under cab pocket, and the tray on the bottom under this pocket

- Ride is very smooth

- It's nice...
Great Pet Stroller
I just purchased the Pet Gear All Terrain Pet Stroller. I previously though that pet strollers were really silly products, but when I purchased a new puppy, I realized that I needed a stroller that would allow me to take the puppy along while I exercised my other dog. I highly recommend this stroller, the large wheels which easily turn in all directions makes it easy to manage one dog and the stroller. The entire unit moves across sidewalks and grass very smoothly so that jogging with any dog under 50 lbs is easy.The design has large compartments for water bottles, pets dishes and food, in addition to any articles that I want to take to the park. In addition, the pet compartment is roomy and well ventilated and has additional weather protection covers. My puppy could see everything through the large front and back panels and play with her toys. The only disadvantage is its size when folded. We LOVE this thing!
I bought this for my beagle (show puppy), as we go to a lot of shows and when on the road, we like to go places... Well, it is so great that I now use it at the show too--we put his grooming equipment in the bottom tray, and he stands in the bed while I get him ready. Before and after the class, he just sleeps in his bed. So simple! I used to be the only one there with one of these, but now after a few shows, others are catching on, too.
My kids say that this stroller is better than the one I had for them when they were babies--and they are right. This is stable, easy to steer, etc.
Oh, and when I get another show beagle, she will fit in, too. Such a deal!
(Oh, and I paid full price for mine, so the Friday sale price is amazing!!!)

Garmin Astro 320 GPS Tracker for Sporting Dogs (Bundle, US)

As good as the previous Astros but not better
I purchased this to replace a 200 model. It works just as well but not any better than the previous model in that you can always follow the arrows to find your dog but the compass seems to have trouble staying oriented to the north. I am needing to recalibrate often the so called 3rd axis where you can read it with it vertical is no better than the old one. All in all if you need a dog location device the Garmin Astros are the best on the market but save some money and get the previous model. If you are like me and had an older model the upgrade is not worth it wait for another upgrade.
Wonderful product for working dogs
Update- August, 2013.

I purchased tracking collars for my other two dogs and am glad I did. I use the collars every day, whenever we go out trail running or hiking. Great investment. Not only do I know where my dogs are at all times, but it is fun to see how far each dog travels. I have started training my youngest dog for Search and Rescue (SAR)- avalanche and wilderness. It is very useful for training- I know where the dog is, where she has been, and how well she may have searched and area. Perfect working application. All in all, this product has worked very well so far- with daily use for almost a year. It was a costly first investment, but well worth it.

Good product and improving concept. Still needs LOTS of work
I purchased this product to put on my beagles. It is a little bulky and Garmin has had some issues with the antenna and signal strength.

The birdseye imagery (which is what makes this unit awesome) really sucks because of the download speed cap. It is so frustrating it makes me not like the actual product a little bit.

Signal loss is a huge issue!! For advertising 13 miles with the extended antenna only consitently delivering 1 to 2 miles is really a crappy thing to do. I did get one read in perfect conditions standing on a mountain at 4.14 miles but that was only for a second and then it quit.

Still its an ABOVE average GPS stand alone system with lots of capabilities and keeping track of dogs is really easy even if the bulky makes iit difficult for the dogs.

Worth every penny to keep the dogs safe and be able to use topo maps and birdseye with it makes it fun to use as well.

Not for serious fast walkers
Hi, I bought this stroller to take my blind kitty for walks. The speed I walk is limited by my feet hitting the bottom back bar if I go too fast. Right now, I have to go slow, so it is fine. Everything else about it is great. She loves it!
Very Disappointing!
I am VERY disappointed with this stroller. The stroller itself was very good for my needs but shortly after a few uses it began to fray along the zipper line and split in several places. I was told this is "normal wear and tear". I have the stroller only 8 months and only use it 2 or 3 times per month. I took photos and sent them to the manufacturer. I was told that if I wanted to buy a new one I could have free shipping...NO THANKS!!!
Beautiful stroller - Incorrect dimensions
The stroller is beautiful and appears to be well made. However, the dimensions listed are not correct. Dimensions listed say "Interior dimensions are 25 by 16 by 34-inch, for pets up to 20-pound." However when I received the stroller the interior was not large enough for my 8 lb cat. I checked the manufacturer's website (Pet Gear) and the dimensions they list are "22"L x 11"W x 16"H" which appeared to be accurate. Unfortunately I had to return this stroller. Bottomline, this is a beautiful stroller for a very small animal.

I ordered the "Special Edition Pet Stroller in Raspberry" (also by Pet Gear) which did fit my 8 lb cat, although it too is not very large at all.

Avenue Design Retractable Tape Leash for Dogs, Black, Medium, 16 Feet

Very Nice Leash, but has a minor flaw
This leash is very nice, it fits very well in the hand and it is plenty long without being too long. There are two locking mechanisms, one which stays on as long as you press it in and another which is a permanent lock. The temporary lock is very nice as you can stop your dog quick if you need too, but then let it go and give it the full length again very quickly. The permanent lock is the only drawback, it is very stiff and poorly designed as it gets stuck and is hard to turn on and off. However I find the temporary lock is all that I ever need so I don't even worry about using the permanent lock. All in all I'd recommend this leash.
Great leash, but watch out -wrong size descriptions on webpage!!!
I gave it 5 stars because it is a great leash, if you get the correct size! However, I ordered M size because the webpage says suitable up to 35 pounds, when it arrived it says on it suitable up to 65 pounds( 30 kg). These descriptions are mixing up kg with pounds! So, I had to return my leash for a refund, and have to make a new order now!

recommend trimming your dogs eye brows before use. The goggles will push the hair down over the eyes if the eye brows are too long.

Out! 120 Count Waste Pick-Up Bags Refill for Dogs, Black

Perfect size
So glad I found this product on Amazon. They are the perfect size for my small dog's "business" as most standard poop bags seem to be an excessive waste of plastic. I used to buy them at Target until they stopped carrying it. I'll be buying them from Amazon from now on. Sometimes I wonder why I bother going anywhere else!

Avenue Design Retractable Tape Leash for Dogs, Blue, Small, 13 Feet

Avenue Tape Leads are all I have used since 2009
When i first adopted my 2 small dogs i tried the low end cord leads but found with 2 puppies i was going through a set every few weeks. I also read how cord leads can cause burns and knot up (again i have 2 that walk together) so i gave Avenue Tape leads a try. My first set lasted 2 years. The current set i have had for almost 3 but with time the retracting mechanism inside stretches and wont pull back. Usually i have worn the handles off before the mechanisms go ;) Some people may think these items are a little pricey but for the time they last and the quality and safety of the tape leads, its worth it. I also love amazons free shipping and they have a comparable price on the market. My only suggestion is that the small and XS leads are very tiny and i often find (in winter with gloves) they are hard to hang onto. I went to the bigger size for this set to make them easier to hang onto.

UP Collection Bow Cap for Dogs, Fuchsia Hearts, Small

Not what I expected
Although the cap looks cute in the picture, it certainly didn't meet my expectations. It was ill-fitting, although I ordered the size recommended for my dog. The bill is too long and immediately annoyed her. And it was definitely over-priced for the product.

I contacted Amazon and informed them I wanted to return the cap. I've never returned anything I've ordered from Amazon. Now, here's where Amazon really impressed me! Did I mention that I love ordering from Amazon? The products always arrive promptly, in excellent condition, and I'm very happy with the entire process of my orders from them. After I completed my return information, Amazon informed me that since I was a good customer, I didn't have to return the item and they would credit my purchase, which was done promptly. How good is that? So yes, I'll continuing being a good Amazon customer, but I won't order this type of cap again.

I have purchased these which are the original doggles and the new cheezey ones. These are the best and a great item if you have a dog that likes to ride with it's head out the window of the car. My guys (shepherds) just love then and their eyes are protected. I think the company must have been bought up by a biggie because they got cheap and the newer ones (not these) do not hold up. Don't buy the ones "ILP"

Not Perfect, But Too Funny Not to Use
Every photo of dogs wearing these cracks me up and makes me glad I got them for my Bull Terrier. He's not too keen on them if left alone, but as soon as we get out for a walk he forgets about them and becomes the center of attention. Without cinching the straps too tightly they do tend to leave gaps and sometimes get a bit dislodged, but despite that they are effective when his head is out the car window and I will simply assume the UV protection is to his benefit. I consider these to be among the better kept secrets for dogs and appreciate the looks and smiles they generate.

Pet Gear Ultra-Lite Pet Stroller for cats and dogs up to 20-pounds, Ice Blue

I am amending my review now that I have used it a few times. This stroller would not fit a 20lb dog! My dog is 10lb and barely fits! The wheels constantly get stuck now that I have used it a few times - haven't used it that many times as it is in our vacation home. On the plus side, she can see out of all the mesh windows. Pet Gear has a much better Stroller (more money but worth it) with three wheels (get the one where the wheel in the front moves - you can also lock in place for jogging)
If YOU need exercise this stroller is just the ticket to get you moving and motivated!
If you have been sitting too long with your lap dog and are a tad overweight, this pet stroller will be just the ticket to get you moving and motivated. In some areas it is difficult to walk a small dog because every now and then they fall prey to larger, unleashed dogs. The second day I had Liam dog out in this stroller we did meet up with one. He was securely zippered in and very safe and not vulnerable to attack.

The assembly was very easy, but it was a bit difficult to put the cotter pin in because the axle is black. I bent the pin out ever so slightly and used needle nose pliers to hold it when inserting it in the tiny axle hole. The stroller is very light weight and on uneven surfaces it has a tendency to rock back and forth a tad, but this doesn't bother me. The inside surface of the stroller is firm and quite slick and the first time I took Liam out he was nervous and braced himself. The second time I put a lightweight sweater inside and now he can easily...
Very unhappy
I just got your pet stroller and threw the box away, so I can't send the stroller back and I don't have an address. The wheels are hard to turn, it's very hard to fold up and it doesn't lay flat when the dog is in it. He only weighs 4 lbs. and he slides to the front. I'm so sorry I bought it.It's 4 inches lower in the front ,than in the back. Very cheaply made.

Does what it should
Great product. Bought a smaller water bowl first, but was not tall enough, so tried a different one...this one. LOVE IT! Both dogs eat/drink out of it, it keeps water secure in the car, and doesn't leak (yet?). Really like the cinch top, and the large is perfect size for medium/large dogs. Take it camping as well. Holding up well and a few months in now. Worth the price, I think.

Kurgo TruFit Dog Harness, X-Large (for Dogs over 80 Pounds), Red

I have a 190 lb English mastiff, with HUGE barrel chest. I have not found a seatbelt to fit him until now. With all the straps extended as far as they will go, it just fits around him. I bought this just to see if it would fit and was very surprised when it did. Dog Can't Slither Out of Harness
This is a substantial car harness that is easy to fit, put on and take off.

My Australian Shepherd cannot wiggle around and slither out of this harness as he could in another type of car harness. He's a world class slitherer so it's saying something when he can't wiggle out it!

I did find that if your dog is close to the upper weight range of a size, to order the next size up.

First of all, thanks to the other reviewers complaints about sizing, I ordered both the Small Kurgo TruFit Harness and the Medium Kurgo TruFit Harness so that I could return whichever one didn't fit. Sizing is off so if you have doubts, do what I did and save yourself some trouble. Amazon has hassle free returns which is one of the reasons I always feel confident ordering from them!

Secondly, one of the harnesses came in packaging that had been resealed with clear packing tape and was missing the seat belt loop. The other harness came in its originally packaging with everything intact and both were shipped in the same box so I was a little put off that one item was so obviously a returned item re-shipped and missing an essential piece.

Thirdly, although I think that the idea that you can adjust the bottom strap so that it is definitely in the right spot on your dog (on the actual...

Doggles Medium K9 Optix Sunglasses for Dogs, Frameless, Copper Lens

The Best of Doggles
Having tried three different types of Doggles for my Siberian husky, these are by far the best. The solid frame over the muzzle adds durability to a somewhat fragile nose piece, and having a single piece of plastic rather than separate lenses seems to have a greater covered area to protect the eyes.
The head straps and solid frame make sure these glasses stay on, even when my dog shakes her fur out or is running beside my bike. We always get lots of people's attention when out in public, everyone just has to point out the dog who's wearing shades! Because she is a Doggle pro, I can't really comment on how long it took her to get adjusted to these. She was already accustomed to wearing other styles of glasses.
Even though my dog is at the larger end of the medium size (according to the chart) and should technically be able to wear a large, her slender muzzle required the smaller size. A larger size would cause the glasses to slip down and not cover her eyes, as we had...
Great look, great fit... but might not for an active puppy
I bought these and they looked great, fit great (the nose contour and adjustable plastic nose pieces made it seem as though they were customized for my bulldog's face! nice!) and seemed to be just the ticket... until they broke :( While I was keeping an eye on her, Bella took a few good rolls on the ground but they stayed on just fine. Then about the 5th time she wore them I let her out of my sight and she came back with a big crack down the lens & it soon after broken in half (unwearable).

So, it could be that these aren't best for puppies or that I need to keep a closer eye on her but I'm going to be ordering another pair and try one more time since I really liked them so much...and so did she while they lasted :)
not for greyhounds
After 2 eye infections in 3 months, I was looking for some sort of glasses for the younger of my 2 greyhounds that could be worn in the sun and allow her to stick her head out the car window when going on errands with me. I had tried a pair of human sunglasses that had been "adapted" for dogs with predictable results! I was familiar with the doggles brand and liked the look of the k9 optix. However, as I have discovered in purchasing other generic products, they don't always fit the greyhound anatomy. In this instance, the narrow greyhound nose and head. Even with the included extra head strap, it wouldn't stay in place. I ended up purchasing the original doggles and so far so good. She doesn't look as chic as she did in the K9 optix but they seem to stay in place better.

Steelers Terrible - Custom Pet ID Tag for Dogs and Cats - Dog Tag Art - LARGE SIZE

Loved it!
my friend, whos a huge steelers fan, was so happy when he saw it. they engrave it for you, it looks nice, colors are true, and it even came with a rubber ring to cancel out the noise of the tag and was glow in the dark. The only thing i didnt like was the words and border werent centered
Best Dog Tag !
Top Quality, I am MORE than impressed with this dog tag..we've had several dogs w/ basic tags that the info wears away.. Not this tag. It's impressive. I'll never go back to the old tags!!
Excellent tag
Tag is made of steel and all the lettering looks good, although the lettering is not engraved so i don't know if it will wear off or not. My only complaint is that it comes with a standard, cheaper, ring to attach to the collar. I have lost dog tags in the past using rings like this so i prefer the S type rings that require pliers to attach. Other than that it's a great tag so far, but I've only had it a few hours and haven't tested it at the dog park yet.

Avenue Design Retractable Tape Leash for Dogs, Gray, Large, 16 Feet

Nice, but not for me.
When I received this product, it had fallen out of its plastic packaging inside the shipment box and the reflector tape was bent and crinkled, so that was disappointing.

The leash is much larger than most retractable leashes and a it's a bit on the heavy side in comparison to other leashes I've seen/owned.

It's very nice looking but as another reviewer mentioned, the buttons are a bit strange. I was really not fond of the way the button mechanism was designed for this particular leash.

Since it had a bit of damage, I returned it. But I will say, it's a pretty heavy duty leash. While not for me, it might be what you're looking for.
Works well, gets tangled
Ths product works really well but it does have a tendency to twist and then retract, getting tangled up on itself. But overall it works very well for what it was designed, and I like the reflectors on it.
Seems to be a good leash
I have only used this once so far, but it seems to work nice. It is very smooth. If you press on the hold button and then let go, it will stay in lock posistion until the dog stops moving... which I haven't decided yet if that is a good thing or irritating. Also the color is slighty different than I expected. Overall I would recomend this product. It isn't just plain and boring and has a unique look to it.
