Pet Gear AT3 All-Terrain Pet Stroller for cats and dogs up to 60-pounds, Red Poppy

Broadens My Two Kitties Horizon
I purchased this for my two cats because they seemed bored being cooped up in the house all day and needed something other than my daily play sessions with them. I love the stroller, although one of my cats hasn't gotten use to it yet. The fat one didn't want to come out after I took him home.

I gave the unit a 4 because of the second Con and the fact that the first unit was defective due to how tightly they design the front.

Pros:
- Excellent size for two cats (one fat one and one normal size) - you can probably even get three normal-sized cats in it comfortably

- It's so easy to push, pull, and go up and down stairs with (I live on the 2nd floor) - there is a certain "give" in the wheels when going up and down stairs as if the unit had shocks - a very nice feature and feel.

- Has ample storage - tray holder, the under cab pocket, and the tray on the bottom under this pocket

- Ride is very smooth

- It's nice...
Great Pet Stroller
I just purchased the Pet Gear All Terrain Pet Stroller. I previously though that pet strollers were really silly products, but when I purchased a new puppy, I realized that I needed a stroller that would allow me to take the puppy along while I exercised my other dog. I highly recommend this stroller, the large wheels which easily turn in all directions makes it easy to manage one dog and the stroller. The entire unit moves across sidewalks and grass very smoothly so that jogging with any dog under 50 lbs is easy. The design has large compartments for water bottles, pets dishes and food, in addition to any articles that I want to take to the park. In addition, the pet compartment is roomy and well ventilated and has additional weather protection covers. My puppy could see everything through the large front and back panels and play with her toys. The only disadvantage is its size when folded. The stroller collapses and has good brakes, but the front wheel prevents the unit from...
We LOVE this thing!
I bought this for my beagle (show puppy), as we go to a lot of shows and when on the road, we like to go places... Well, it is so great that I now use it at the show too--we put his grooming equipment in the bottom tray, and he stands in the bed while I get him ready. Before and after the class, he just sleeps in his bed. So simple! I used to be the only one there with one of these, but now after a few shows, others are catching on, too.
My kids say that this stroller is better than the one I had for them when they were babies--and they are right. This is stable, easy to steer, etc.
Oh, and when I get another show beagle, she will fit in, too. Such a deal!
(Oh, and I paid full price for mine, so the Friday sale price is amazing!!!)

Pet Gear Sport Pet Stroller for Cats and Dogs Upto 20-Pound, Sport Pink

Not for serious fast walkers
Hi, I bought this stroller to take my blind kitty for walks. The speed I walk is limited by my feet hitting the bottom back bar if I go too fast. Right now, I have to go slow, so it is fine. Everything else about it is great. She loves it!
Very Disappointing!
I am VERY disappointed with this stroller. The stroller itself was very good for my needs but shortly after a few uses it began to fray along the zipper line and split in several places. I was told this is "normal wear and tear". I have the stroller only 8 months and only use it 2 or 3 times per month. I took photos and sent them to the manufacturer. I was told that if I wanted to buy a new one I could have free shipping...NO THANKS!!!
Beautiful stroller - Incorrect dimensions
The stroller is beautiful and appears to be well made. However, the dimensions listed are not correct. Dimensions listed say "Interior dimensions are 25 by 16 by 34-inch, for pets up to 20-pound." However when I received the stroller the interior was not large enough for my 8 lb cat. I checked the manufacturer's website (Pet Gear) and the dimensions they list are "22"L x 11"W x 16"H" which appeared to be accurate. Unfortunately I had to return this stroller. Bottomline, this is a beautiful stroller for a very small animal.

I ordered the "Special Edition Pet Stroller in Raspberry" (also by Pet Gear) which did fit my 8 lb cat, although it too is not very large at all.

Pet Gear Ultra-Lite Pet Stroller for cats and dogs up to 20-pounds, Ice Blue

not so good
I am amending my review now that I have used it a few times. This stroller would not fit a 20lb dog! My dog is 10lb and barely fits! The wheels constantly get stuck now that I have used it a few times - haven't used it that many times as it is in our vacation home. On the plus side, she can see out of all the mesh windows. Pet Gear has a much better Stroller (more money but worth it) with three wheels (get the one where the wheel in the front moves - you can also lock in place for jogging)
If YOU need exercise this stroller is just the ticket to get you moving and motivated!
If you have been sitting too long with your lap dog and are a tad overweight, this pet stroller will be just the ticket to get you moving and motivated. In some areas it is difficult to walk a small dog because every now and then they fall prey to larger, unleashed dogs. The second day I had Liam dog out in this stroller we did meet up with one. He was securely zippered in and very safe and not vulnerable to attack.

The assembly was very easy, but it was a bit difficult to put the cotter pin in because the axle is black. I bent the pin out ever so slightly and used needle nose pliers to hold it when inserting it in the tiny axle hole. The stroller is very light weight and on uneven surfaces it has a tendency to rock back and forth a tad, but this doesn't bother me. The inside surface of the stroller is firm and quite slick and the first time I took Liam out he was nervous and braced himself. The second time I put a lightweight sweater inside and now he can easily...
Very unhappy
I just got your pet stroller and threw the box away, so I can't send the stroller back and I don't have an address. The wheels are hard to turn, it's very hard to fold up and it doesn't lay flat when the dog is in it. He only weighs 4 lbs. and he slides to the front. I'm so sorry I bought it.It's 4 inches lower in the front ,than in the back. Very cheaply made.

Pet Gear Travel Lite Pet Stroller for cats and dogs up to 15-pounds, Pink

GREAT BARGIN
This really works well for our Yorkie. She loves it. She has a bad left back leg and has a hard time walking very far but loves to be outside and go with me(hates being left behind)
I had priced the exact same item(different brand name)in other catalogs for as much as nearly double the price plus shipping!
Seems to be well made and navigates the sidewalks very well. Good visibility for the pet with either the top open or closed.
I would venture to guess 20lb or less animal though.
The comments about the short handles ar accurate but for the quality and price I think you can deal with that.
Pet Stroller Breath of Fresh Air
This stroller is wonderful. The color is a good one for walking at night. It is especially good for someone of petite stature. The handles do not adjust. Anyone over 5'5" will find they have to bend over to hold the handles and push. Otherwise it is great my cat absolutely loves it. I unfold it and he hopes right in.
Stroller :(
Stroller arrived with dirty spots on canopy. Stroller is VERY short, I'm only 5'6" and it is really hard to push without hitting your feet on the wheels. It is nearly impossible for my 6' husband to push. Stoller has NO LATCH to keep it together when folded, so it comes open when you're trying to carry it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, wish we had purchased a better stroller..........

Pet Gear Booster Car Seat for cats and dogs up to 15-pounds, Medium, Tan

unsafe and typical chinese made crap
I had intended to be able to restrain my dog as well as make him comfortable. The large size was too small for a jack russell. The tether was sewn to the cover and would have ripped out with a decent tug much less an accident. I had researched the company and it was American so I figured American quality; it should be for the price. When it came it was made in China. We know they don't care about our safety or the safety of our pets. I returned it and was charged a $20 handling charge. All in all, I paid like $40 (initial shipping and return charges) to decide this wasn't safe. I would never buy from CSN stores or petgear again. WHAT A RIPOFF!
NOQUALITYFIT
I purchased his car seat based on the fact that it was sold to hold two dogs which it does and they are very happy to see out of the windows. However, I drive a car with bucket seats and nowhere in the reviews given or order information did it at the time tell the exact size of the booster seat. The reviews and descriptions were all saying that this would fit "most" major car company seats. NOT! I always put my dog in the front seat as she is a very nervous Chihuahua. The seat given the design and its width will not even connect to the back seat if I could train her to stay there. The seat belts are too short to reach the length to go underneath the seat, and do not separate correctly to do so. The clips that would have kept her in the car seat are attached with a connection that is far too long and any dog that could fit in this seat would be able to get out of the car seat. She has only used it one time and I did that by sitting the seat in the front seat and leaning on the door...
great little ride!
Soft and sits up high for a great view. Quick, easy install -- just slide buckle through opening. The only thing not so great is the straps are attached to just the fabric so pet will come partially out of the seat if they jump (pulling the fabric). Straps could be more secure. My Shih-Tzu doesn't try to jump out, so it works fine for us.

Pet Gear Expedition Pet Stroller for cats and dogs up to 150-pounds, Burgundy

the worst
I purchased the large stroller for my 10 year old bulldog who has severe arthritis. It is supposed to support 150lbs, heck it won't even support 63lbs. The back wheels have broken 3 times.. the back wheels rubs when my dog is in the stroller then falls off and won't go back on leaving me stranded . The company has sent me a new axle and also new wheels, I give up!!!!!....it is a terrible design the stroller is too wide, the axle is too flimsy to support such a wide stroller. the smaller strollers may be ok, i do not know..
Perfect for 2 dogs!
"Just Pet Strollers" of Milwaukee quickly fulfilled our order for this stroller. We walk daily with 2 small dogs. One has a hip problem and cannot walk for too long; the other sometimes makes it the whole way but often tires out in the 3rd mile and joins his bro in the stroller. We get lots of quizzical looks from other hikers / walkers, especially when they realize we're pushing dogs, not kids in the stroller. The stroller was the perfect answer to the problem of our dogs tiring out before we did and it has allowed us to take even longer walks. The stroller holds all of the dogs' needs including water bowl and bottles and a cushy pad. I recommend this highly. Note that the max weight capacity is 150 lbs and is soundly constructed.

**12/09 Update**
A plastic piece that is a part of the strollers support bar broke after about 60 days. We contacted "Just Pet Strollers" for the replacement part and will update this review with their response.

**01/2010...
Very Handy Stoller for Pets
I was concerned with the price of the stoller, but it's working out very well. I have a dog that has a problem with his leg and I can't take him on long walks with me. Now I absolutely can and I'm enjoying my walks and enjoying being with him.

It is pretty lightweight which is wonderful and folds up quickly to put in the car for trips. The handle bars snap out and each side folds down quickly. This makes a very convenient solution for when I want to go to an outdoor mall, outdoor restaurant, etc and I am able bring my dog and not have to leave him in the car.

Pet Gear Sportster Pet Stroller for cats and dogs up to 45-pounds, Lilac

fantastic stroller
The stroller concept seemed perfect for me since I can use it for 2 dogs (32 lbs for both) while the third can walk along side the stroller. I did a lot of research before opting for "Sportster" stroller. The front wheel design sold me as it is perfect for slow jogs and works particularly well on grass. The front wheels can both swivel or be locked in place with a flick of a lever on the bottom. The locking brake is activated by a foot lever and the stroller is very compact when folded.

Pets can be loaded both through the back when the top is closed or through the open top. Inside, you'll find plenty of viewing windows, a removable botom liner, and a seat belt of sorts where you can hook a harness. The nylon fabric, netting and zippers are all heavy duty and should be able to withstand a lot of wear and tear. The bottom basket is made of the same fabric and heavy duty netting as the body, and the back bar snaps down slightly so you can load bigger items and then snaps back...
Very nice stroller for the money!
I bought this stroller for my 5 year-old cocker spaniel, Jenny, who went blind this last winter. She had been having difficulty on our walks but I felt guilty leaving her at home, so after looking at several different strollers, I purchased this one.

It's a great stroller for her! She is 29 pounds and fits perfectly in it, with room to lay down if she wanted to. It's very solid and she seems very comfortable in it; we zip around in it everywhere we go. I like the basket at the bottom to put poop bags, extra leash, sweater, and anything else. The cup holders on top are also very nice. It handles very well on the streets and side walks in our area, giving Jenny a fairly smooth ride. It goes across the grass ok but I'm not sure that I would want to do that for any length of time as you can really feel the bumps. I like the idea of being able to zip the stroller closed but have not used that feature as Jenny prefers to 'look' around while on our walks. It was easy to assemble...
Perfect solution for elderly dog
Our 20 year old chi loves to get out with us but can no longer walk too far. The pet stroller has turned out to be a great solution. He loves to ride in it! Sitting up looking alert and happy during our mornings hour long walks he enjoys the views and smells. We have also used it when we are out in crowds and around large dogs to put our rat terrier/chi in when she gets nervous. Plenty of room for the two. We keep a blanket on the bottom to cushion it and keep him from skidding
around.

I feel it is well built, easy to steer, easy to put up and down. The zipper took me awhile to get the hang of but now it pulls easily. Plenty of room underneath to hold what we need.

Be Prepared for strange looks and rude comments....usually from non-dog people or
mothers pushing babies in strollers. Dog people look at my old one eyed guy and
smile with compassion that he can get out and is loved so much.

If you have a dog that has a hard time getting...

Pet Gear Jogger Pet Stroller for Cats and Dogs, Burgundy

Awesome stroller!!
We've looked all over for a good pet stroller with good sized wheels. We found it with this unit. We love to walk some of our local walking trails with our two Pugs, but one of our girls really peters out early. With this stroller, we can really enjoy the trails without worrying about our dog not being able to make it. The stroller was real easy to get together. It also folds over quite nicely with one simple move. Our dog also loves it as she just sits there and enjoys the ride! This is something I'd definitely recommend to anyone with a small to a medium sized dog.
little Mandee
This is the most amazing stroller. You see people jogging with kids now you can do the same with your dog!
Stroller is sturdy, has lots of extra features like zippers back and front, cup holders near the handlebars. I bought this because my dog is over 10 years old and I like to go to a park and walk 5 miles. I walk my dog part of the way and the rest she's in the stroller enjoying the views and smells from other dogs. I would recommend this to everyone!
What a piece of JUNK!
I can't believe this stroller has such good reviews...it's got to be a different series or something. I've already had to return this stroller a few months ago for the same problem (I waited a few months before I gave them a second chance). There's no possible way I could ever "jog" with this stroller, let alone walk fast! I have a soon to be 16 year old Pug...he can walk, but tires after about 20-30 minutes, I also need the stroller to transport him up the many hills in my neighborhood. I can't go too far without the front wheel, very abruptly and vigorously, erupting into extremely rapid jerking movements....enough to throw my dog out of the stroller. I literally have to bring the stroller to a complete stop and then start over again, which will work only sometimes...and is virtually impossible in the middle of a busy intersection. I just can't believe I'm the only person who has statistically received not only one, but two of these inadequately constructed strollers. I will...

Pet Gear Travel Lite Bi-Fold Full Ramp for cats and dogs up to 150 pounds, 66-inch, Black/Blue

Happy Dog
This ramp was the real answer for us, I was lifting my 80lb lab into the car twice a day to go for walks. Now she is able to walk right up and into the back seat. She is very comfortable with the ramp and seems to enjoy the new independence it has provided her. You do need to closely supervise because it is narrow, it works for us because the door is on one side and I'm on the other. I have no complaints, I wish I had purchased it earlier.
JMBTrio
My senior dogs are ages 11 and 12. They ride in the back seat of my SUV and while they can still hop up into the backseat, after a lot of activity they need a rear end boost from me to get in the SUV. I finally decided to get a ramp after one of my dogs had surgery. With more vet visits on the horizon I need an gentler way for him to get in/out of the car.

I purchased the 42" half ramp because my dogs enter my Xterra from the side door - the height is not as tall as the rear hatch entry and thusly I would not need the longer 72" length of the full ramp. I chose the "Travel Lite Bi-fold Half Ramp" vs the "Bi-fold Half Ramp" because it was several inches narrower and weighed a few pounds less. In all photos I've seen of this ramp in use, it seems as if it were made for minivans with their wide door entry. I was worried that I may not be able to use the half ramp because the door opening of my SUV may not open wide enough, also the tire well cuts into the flat level surface in...
Pet Gear Travel Lite Half Ramp
This is a very strong and durable product which easily accomodates my older 80 pound dog. He is ramp trained and really gets a good grip, even when wet, since the surface is very gritty and it appears it will not wear off anytime soon. It folds in half and has a lock to keep it folded. We are using it on the side door sill of my 2007 Honda CR-V and I am very pleased with this purchase. The delivery time was excellent. This ramp would not be long enough, in my opinion, to use on the rear hatch door sill, especially on a larger SUV - order the longer one for that purpose so that the incline is gentler and easier on the joints when comimg down.

Pet Gear Special Edition Pet Stroller for cats and dogs up to 45-pounds, Sage

LOVE this stroller!
I just bought this stroller for my puppy who will not walk more than a 1/4 mile without sitting down stubbornly! I took him for a five mile walk this morning! It was great! I let him alternate walking and riding. I left the mesh "window" unzipped so he could freely look out and give me a signal if he was ready to walk again by standing. (I attached his harness to the strap inside the stroller.) He was comfortable and happy. He now weighs 12 lbs but should get up toward 20 lbs and I find this stoller plenty adequate for him. I chose this over the AT3 version due to the cost and weight. I think I will be happier with this version. I believe this was the best stoller for the $$ out there after all my research.

After reading reviews, I was worried about the cupholders being too shallow. But my Camelback Podium water bottles fit snuggly in the cup holders which made it so they wouldn't fall out. There is plenty of storage. The little pocket on the side I put my...
Our girls love it !!
We ordered this stroller because our girls (MinPin and Chihuahua) are getting older and long walks are too much for them. This works out great because they walk a little way and then get in and ride. We were afraid they would not like the stroller right away, but were we wrong! They love it. It is plenty big enough for two small dogs. They beg to get in and sit there taking in all the scenery with big dog smiles! They even give the other dogs the na-na-na we've got it made look. It seems well made and sturdy enough for both of our dogs.
I Am A First Time Pet Stroller User,
and I am thankful that my aging and ailing little buddy (now deceased) was able to enjoy getting to ride about instead of walking too far and becoming overly tired. He weighed 21 pounds and I don't know how much more weight in the main cabin would have been tolerated as the stroller really shook about if he moved around and tipped backwards once when he sat all the way to the back and I wasn't holding on. There is a hook strap to tether your pet inside but I think it is too long and my dog was able to jump out and then get hung up. He had to be fully zippered in to prevent that, so it is nice to have both features depending on the temperment of your pet. My new rescue dog is only 11 pounds, and I can barely tell he is in there and he easily rides with just the tether. The poor fella is too timid to even think about jumping out.

I am 5'5" and the push bar seems a little low for an average height; when you press down as you walk, the front wheels will occasionally ride up...

Pet Gear Happy Trails Pet Stroller for cats and dogs up to 30-pounds, Pink Ice

Meesa Kitten's Stroller Ride
Since my new kitten Meesa loves to run outside the minute we open the door, I felt she was adventurous enough to venture outside in a stroller. She also cries when I leave her alone and so the only solution seems to be to take her with me when I leave the house to go walking or to go get the mail.

Both cats were very curious about this new object as it sat in the living room. I pretended it didn't exist for a few days and then started to put each cat in the stroller and left the zipper panel open so they could get in and out and not feel trapped. Once you go outside you will appreciate the safety the zipper panel provides. Your cat will be spared the inconvenience of being chased by dogs, that type of thing.

So, after a few days, Meesa was ready to go outside. Since she was used to the stroller, she felt safe. I put her mouse toy in the stroller and lined the base with a soft towel. We then ventured out to get the mail. She was in bliss. Not only could she view...
Madison travels in style!
Our boy, Madison, loves his stroller. He was a bit apprehensive, at first, when zipped-in, but soon settled down. This is a well built item...Nothing flimsy about it.

Our only complaints are: The zipper is a little difficult to get started and the pad could stand a little more cushioning (we added a "blankie"). Also, I would have liked the bottom portion of the front screen to have been a bit more rigid....We like to keep the screen open, at times. Perhaps a safety strap (to connect to a harness) would be nice, as well.

On the plus side, Madison has been accepted in many previously forbidden places and he is safe from the probing hands of strangers! This stroller is narrower than a baby stroller, which makes it easier to navigate in stores and crowded areas. The generous canopy provides plenty of shade and both the underneath basket and parent tray supply ample storage space. The mesh is airy and allows us to keep an eye on our boy. Oh, we also love the easy...
Best thing I ever bought for my cat !!
I have an indoor only, 15 year old cat and a couple of months ago I bought her this stroller. She loves to stroll ! We go out every day. This stroller is built very well. It is comfortable for her inside, plenty of room to move around. Easily room for 2 cats. It is all screened in so she cannot get out, not that she has even tried. She loves her stroller! There is a big screened window in front and in the back and a smaller one on top so plenty of viewing and your pet can see you. There are good brakes, storage underneath and a key etc holder by the handles. I love the pink. We get so much attention when we are out strolling. People think it is a baby I'm pushing and when they see it is a cat, they are so surprised and have a big smile on their face. Any cat or dog that gets one of these strollers is very lucky. I am SO happy I bought this!
