Don't mistake this for the old, larger one
I suspect some of the reviewers are mistaking this new product for the no-longer-in-production larger frisbee. Bamboo used to make a 10" (or so) dog frisbee that was AWESOME. I've used a lot of different dog frisbees, and the old, bigger version of this was the best! However, for some unfortunate reason, they're not selling those anymore. Now they're selling these much smaller ones. They're too small and don't fly as well.
Bamboo, please bring back the original, larger version!!!
Awesome "Frisbee"-like disc!
My Border Collie LOVES this disc. A couple of years ago, I purchased two of these. The plastic "Frisbees" developed chew marks just from catching the disc, which caused her mouth to bleed after a short time of playing. These are soft but fly wonderfully for our purpose. I purchased two so that I would have a clean one all of the time; I put one in a lingerie bag and wash it with towels that have been used to dry my car. After washing, I shape it and put it outside to dry. Fantastic Toy! I waited this long to review as I wanted to put it "through the wringer"! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Pit Bull tough
Max, my Pit Bull rips every frisbee to shreds within an hour. Bamboo flying calf lasts about two years land float which is a real bonus. It's washer machine friendly, couldn't get by without theses frisbees. Excellent product.
