Classic Accessories Dog About Vehicle Door Protector

Fantastic idea!
I recently purchased a Kia Sorento and take my beagle/rat terrier with me on car rides to the pet stores and to daycare. She loves to hang her head out the window and the sound of her nails on my doors were like nails to a chalkboard. I'm not very fond of the gray/blue color, but I have to say it protects my car doors very nicely so the color isn't a big deal. I've gotten numerous compliments on them and how they need to get them for their car. For those of you that have dogs that LOVE car rides, this is a great item to have.
Helps keep dog from Scratching the car doors
We have a German Shepherd who gets a little crazy if she sees another dog and left some pretty deep gouges in the doors of our car. This does help stop that which is why we bought these. Seems well constructed and fairly easy to install. Helped us.
As advertised
The panels themselves are well built and my dog has yet to chew through them. My only issue lies with the plastic tabs that you have to place between the glass and the rubber seal. There are three of them you have to attach in order to hold the protector in place. They are made of plastic and are about 1.5mm in width. It is an infuriating process as they just wont go in easily. Window up or window down, doesn't make a difference. I can sometimes get one tab in, but the rest will refuse. One out of three tabs is enough to hold it in place, but not for long as the dog starts leaning his head out the window and in the process sliding the loosely held tabs out of the seal. So in short, yes, the protectors work as advertised and look great with my black interior, but are just too much of a pain to constantly remove and put back in place. I am going to try and see if I can taper the edges some more to create a wedge, to help with entry, but for now they are sitting in the trunk.
