Our dog is stylin'
This collar is a high enough quality. The ring to attach tags to is quite thick, so it took a bit of work to get the tags attached, but otherwise we are very happy. More importantly, our dog is too! We have a 32 pound dog, and the collar fits right. It definitely has room to be expanded or shortened.
