Cruising Companion Nylon Dog Car Harness, Small-Medium, Black

Multiple use
I bought this pink piece for my 35+lbs dog and the blue piece for my 60-lbs dog. The colors are great. I like the pieces as I was able to use it as harness for walking my dogs, in addition to using them in the car as a seat belt. My only comment is that I would use this with caution for dogs that are extremely anxious and active in the car. An extremely anxious and active dog can get entangled and be a distraction when you are driving. So make sure you test it before you take your baby for a long drive.
Harness sizing misleading
I have a medium sized dog and ordered a sm/med size harness. It turned out to be way too small for my dog so I donated it to the animal shelter where I volunteer and I ordered the next size which was a large. The large was way too big, but I kept it and use the seat belt attachment with a harness I already had that fit. Thinking there had to have been a mistake in the labeling since there was such a huge difference between the two sizes I ordered a second sm/med. It was as small as the first one and too small for a medium sized dog. I returned it and will go to a local store where I can see the size before purchasing.
safe doggies
What a great product! I have small dogs of my own, as well as dogs I foster for a local shelter, and we travel several times a month to Petco to try to find homes for the foster dogs. I dont like to crate dogs unless I have to, so I usually put the dogs in harnesses, and tie them either to the seat belt or the headrest, which sometimes results in dogs untying themselves and wandering free.
This harness clips directly into the seat belt (it fits my Honda CRV just fine), so no more wandering. I bought three, and I figure can just leave them clipped into the back seat belts in between rides.
The price was so low I assumed I was just getting the straps with the clip, but I got the harnesses, too, which is a terrific deal.
I like them so much I am going to buy two bigger ones for my big dogs.
