Really comfy and beautiful
This is the second bed like this we purchased. This bed fits our 8 month old golden retriever, with room to spare, comfortably. It looks so charming and repels dog fur nicely. The first bed was washed many times and held up rather well but the colors did start to fade after about 8 months. We purchased this one as a replacement but still use the first one in another room.

I kennel my dogs at night when they go to bed. I've tried tons of different beds that fit into the kennels...and usually my dogs chew them up, or scrunch them out of the way. For whatever reason, this bed hasn't gotten that treatment. Also, it is well made, yet soft. Bottom line is that the dog is happy, so I'm happy!
Even I would enjoy sleeping on this!
It's been over 20 years since I've had a dog, but when I was shopping for a dog bed for my new English Springer Spaniel puppy, I remembered that the dog beds we liked best were the ones we stole for the couch. They were not only good-looking, but soft and comfortable for us to use ourselves (and also had cedar inside). This pillow is just like that. My puppy instantly pounced onto it. It also is the perfect size to fit into his crate, once he is housebroken. I wish, however, that the search site picture showed just one version of the pillow, instead of several. Although the product-specific site showed only one pattern, the general search for this pillow made it unclear which pillow you would actually receive. If I could have been assured that I would be receiving this exact pillow, I would have bought it from the Amazon site. As it was, I searched other online stores and bought it from Bed Bath & Beyond, because they pictured each pillow as a separate item, so that you could...
