This is one of the best look who's talking toy, with it's magoo voice saying "oh Magoo, you've done it again."
Mr Magos is a keeper
as a kid I really enjoyed the cartoon and for my dogs we have fun with his humorous laughter and sayings we play and have fun love Mr Magoo

My dog loves toys that make noise. He is hard to understand, but to a dog it doesn't matter. He's not so loud as to be annoying. Arrived quickly. Great price. Seems to be holding up.
